Joe is an agent solicitor for life, property, and casualty insurance that has been with the Monroe agency since 2014. He enjoys working with his coworkers as we all strive to provide the best possible customer service to our clients so that when unforeseen circumstances arise, the client can breathe a little easier knowing they are protected. Joe is an assistant varsity baseball coach and a father of three!

Mike is a multiline sales specialist who has been with the Monroe agency since 2015 and has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. He runs the office and enjoys taking care of his clients. Mike is a father of two, he has cared for his turtle for 25 years, and he enjoys playing bass guitar in his band!

Krystal is a multiline sales representative who has been at the agency since 2019. She loves working for a company that is so focused on family. It shows in the care that we provide to our clients. She and her husband have a son and a German Shepherd named Max!
Dylan Mulder
Dylan joined the Monroe agency in 2021. He grew up in West Michigan and is married with 2 kids. He enjoys football and spending time with his family. Dylan takes his role at the agency very seriously and is also looking to better protect our clients from the risks of everyday life.
